PROS - Location is center of the busy streets so you can get any item easily. - Rooms are big and very well ventilated. - Staff is very soft-spoken and cooperative. CONS - Less parking space for 4 wheeler. - Should provide packaged drinking water, instead of tapped filled water.

Rooms are good- they are value for money and beds are comfortable as well. You're provided with a soap, towel and water, so the basic ambience is covered as well. Location is pretty good as well- 5 minutes away from either of the nearest BRTS stations(Sterling City and Bopal Gam) and there are several tea stalls nearby. My only gripe with the room is the height is too low- if you are above 6', please take extra caution.
